I redeemed my points for wedges and the guy refused to give them to me. I showed him multiple times that i had redeemed them and he kept just saying “no they aren’t redeemed” and I showed him multiple times that it WAS but he wouldn’t give me anything and in the end all I got was a dirty look and my points stolen.

Usually pretty great but hours are not clear at all came around 3:30 and they werent open, no closed sign or anything.i waited and the guy working just says no repeatedly and i asked when it opens he just responds no and i finally say do u open he responds no great customer service

You can never know if it’s opened or closed. I go there a few times a week past midnight and it’s closed 80% of the time

Since when does 7-11 close at midnight? Went to grab something only to find the doors looked and a hand-written note stuck to the door saying closed.Employee gave me a dirty look and shook her head at me then went back to cleaning the hot display case.

Show up after working all day at 11pm and closed, and you just stand there staring at the group outside...
