Mcdonald's - Camp Pendleton

Service is horrible, I ordered and didn't even have change for my bill so they ended up not giving me my order like if it was my fault. McDonald's is a big company to have enough change for a bill.

I went to the McDonalds drive thru on base this morning and had excellent service. I had not been at this location in over a year due to some bad experiences; however, today I received truly great customer service and in a timely manner. Thanks guys

I usually come to this McDonald's because the one over by 22 area isn't great at all. Now I come to this one and they usually are decent with food, but today was just **** poor. I ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals and got some really nasty looking nuggets. The nuggets looked like they haven't changed the oil at all. I bite into one and there are small little burnt flakes inside. All my nuggets as well as my wife's nuggets tasted like burnt oil. To conclude this kind of service has only happened to me a few times, other times the food is fresh and delicious. I just hope someone sees my review and make sure the staff are changing the oil like they are supposed to please. I would give more stars if the food is more pleasant and some plans are set to prevent errors like my nuggets. I went to the McDonalds on base this morning and received excellent customer service. The order was accurate the food was a good temperature as well. I had not been to this location in over a year due to some bad experiences; however, today every person was very courteous, food was done in a timely manner and the food was a good temperature.
