Muang Thai - Camden

My partner and I live nearby and this is our go to food pace for eating in and take away. The food is always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Definitely some of the best Thai food in London.

We came here last year before a gig at The Roundhouse as it’s so close and had quick efficient service. The food, last year, was very good so we were really looking forward to eating there again. Service is quick- they even try to clear your table as you get up to leave- they’ve seem to have added more tables than last year so it feels very cramped. The Satay chicken was slimy. My husband had pad Thai which was grey and tasteless. I ordered another noodle dish which had broccoli but mine was a pile of soggy rice noodles, French beans that tasted out of date and no broccoli. When asked if we enjoyed our meal I told the owner that we hadn’t and she really didn’t seem bothered! To end it the waitress kept insisting we could split the bill without us giving any indication that we wanted do this! We’re a couple who have been married for many years so don’t understand why she would ask! Won’t be returning!

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly! The location is also ideal, and the atmosphere is truly authentic. I highly recommend this restaurant, and it is also very affordable.

My family and I are from Dorset and came to Camden for a family event. We were recommended this restaurant and decided to try it on our first evening. We had a delicious meal and enjoyed it so much that we returned on our third evening for another fantastic experience. The staff, especially Rose, were professional and attentive. If you are in the Camden or Chalk Farm area, you must visit this restaurant. Thank you, and we will definitely be back next time we are in town.

I regularly come in here always amazing food very friendly staff. The atmosphere is also great, with some really cool traditional style seating areas by the door. Massaman Curry stands out as my favourite.
