Domino's Pizza London High Holborn

I accidentally ordered a pizza from this location and had a bad experience. In the past, I have been able to receive a refund when ordering from the wrong location, such as Domino’s in Wapping and Camden Street. However, when I called this location immediately after placing my order, they told me that my pizza had already been made and that a refund was not possible. This goes against Domino's policy as I have been able to receive a refund in similar situations before. As I write this, my pizza is still in the "Prep" stage. I would advise against ordering from this place, as my experience is not unique and others have had similar complaints.

We ordered 42 pizzas to be delivered at 7pm. The food arrived promptly and all 42 pizzas were brought by one person on a large bike. The delivery man was friendly, and all the pizzas were hot and delicious. Excellent service overall!

On Saturday at 11:35am, I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The app estimated the delivery time to be between 20 and 35 minutes. However, at 12:31pm, nearly an hour later and half an hour after expected, I called the restaurant and was informed that the pizzas were ready and would be delivered in 10 minutes. Feeling frustrated by the delay, I decided to cancel the order at 12:55pm. The restaurant stated that the pizzas were already on their way and abruptly ended the call. I called again at 12:57pm to reiterate that we no longer wanted the pizzas. I contacted customer service through the app, and they assured me that a refund would be processed in a few days. When I expressed my disappointment over the ruined lunch experience, they offered a free pizza from the menu or a customized pizza with up to 4 toppings for my next order. The voucher code provided is valid until 12/2022 at participating stores, and can only be redeemed online through the website, not the app. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers. Ultimately, the decision is yours to make regarding this restaurant's service. Thank you.

Rang for a pizza delivery, so called member of staff said what do you want miserably, did not want to take my order, put the phone down on me, i rang again and he said yeah and put the phone down on me again. If that is the sort of cretin they employ i will take my custom elsewhere.
