Kfc - Cambridge

Husband got 4 piece meal, was like half pieces. Only piece that was proper size was drumstick. Chicken and fries had way too much salt on them.

This KFC location is the worst. The staff have terrible customer service and it took me over 20 minutes (even though it wasn't busy) just to place my order, and another 30 minutes to receive my meal. The lobby was extremely dirty, so I decided to take my food home. The bathroom was also disgusting, with feces and urine everywhere. I will be avoiding this location and going to the one on Hesepler Road from now on.

My order was good, but my wife and child had to wait almost 10 minutes for theirs. I don't think that's right. That's all.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I pulled up to the speaker, I waited for about 2 minutes before anyone took my order. After finally being acknowledged, I had to repeat myself several times only to find out they were out of corn, one of the items I wanted. When I received my food at the window, I noticed the bag was too small for my order of 3 piece tenders, which were inexplicably placed in a popcorn chicken container instead of a box. To my disbelief, I paid $11 for what turned out to be two very small tenders. It seemed like there was a lack of consistency in portion sizes. I also had to request sauce, and only received one packet, which was insufficient for the tiny amount of chicken I received.

I called to place an order and was told I was not allowed to call the order in. I was then told to use the app to order because “people call for orders and don’t pick them up”. This is terrible service and I will not be ordering from here ever again.
