I don't get the hype? Waited 15 mins for one sub, and it was soggy. And the bright lights inside aren't

Very disappointed with my visit here. Had a bogo sub coupon that had been emailed and when you clicked on it, showed the Cambridge restaurant as nearest location…but when we tried to use it, learned it was only good in USA? Mybad for not reading the fine print not sure why it was sent in first place so will be unsubscribing. Ordered anyway one roast beef with provolone “fully involved” on whole wheat, one “hook and ladder”. Roast beef was not good meat tasted chemically and the ends of the whole wheat bun were hard. Hook and ladder was okay and white bun was fine. The 1/4 dill pickle on the side was good but looked sad and meagre. There’s better sub shops out there. Not a do over for us.

The sandwiches are always good as well as the service!We always order The Italian, this time something was different. Something was missing from the flavor profile. I'm also not sure what changed, but the pickles were just sad. Normally love the subs, but disappointed this time.

Worst sub Ive ever had. They charged me $20 for a large brisket sub and they used a very small amount of paper thin lunch meat and they didnt even put on any lettuce or tomato. This place should be sued for false advertising.
