Wendy's - Cambridge

Everything I ordered was very good, especially the pumpkin Pumpkin Spice Frosty.

Two of the burgers I ordered had added condiments on them like mayo that aren't even part of the orignal recipe that Wendy's created so the employees on the line need to pay attention and follow the menu.

Food was old and I was told I was not able to have it replaced or refunded. Rude employees. Jack threw straws at me when I asked for my hamburgers to be replaced with ones that weren’t so dry they couldn’t even be used for chili. I however do have 1/4 of a salt shaker to use from the two value fries I got. Asked for a napkin to wipe off a cup that had frosty down the side and good old jack smashed the lid down and wiped the lid and that was it. Had to ask 3 times for a carrier. Emmitt scooped ice with the cups and ungloved hands so couldn’t drink my drink because they had their fingers in it pretty much. Nuggets couldn’t be ate because they were solid from sitting. Super glad I spent 20 bucks on food that wasn’t even edible. However emmitt was more than glad to provide me corporates number. So that’s a plus.

I want to commend Wendy’s on 209 for putting the condiments on top of our burgers when we order them without bread. I can’t even tell you how much our family appreciates this!We are not celiac but we try to avoid gluten as much as possible. Wendy’s on Wheeling refuses to put the condiments on top of our burgers time and time again if we order our burgers without bread. This saddens us so much as it is our money and we feel discriminated against when this establishment refuses to put our condiments on our burgers.The packets DO NOT taste the same and it is much more appetizing to have the condiments put on top of our burgers. It’s the way the flavors all blend together when the burgers are warm to make the perfect combination.I feel discriminated against every time our family orders burgers and they refuse to put condiments on them if we order our burgers without bread.If Wendy’s doesn’t want to let us have our burgers our way with no bread and condiments “ON TOP” they don’t want our money.It makes me feel so sad to feel my family is being discriminated against because we choose not to eat bread.
