We had an exquisite dinner in the season to taste. every dish was beautifully presented and so delicious. we shared the wild mushrooms to start toast. amazing smell and taste from the forests in late summer. for a deer we had cooked the hard fish, perfect in a compott of quinoa and summer vegetables, and the fried stone, so tender it fell from the bone. the wine is limited by the glass selection, but sufficient. unfortunately we couldn't manage this dessert. but do not skip the honey-thyme biscuit! we're safe back.

We had an excellent dinner last night from the chef sams! each dish had a life of its taste with a unique texture. we cannot wait for the new restaurant location in December!
The appetizer menu was so great that I decided to have 2 appetizers. I had Yellow Fin Tuna Crudo and 24 Hour Pork Ribs. Both were fabulous and filled me up. I had a great glass of Cab. I also couldn't resist dessert. I had flourless chocolate cake and it was totally yummy! Great chef and restaurant.
