Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Harvard Square

Went at around 3pm on a Sunday and there was a lot of seating space. Their negi namban is one of my favorite ramens in the Boston area, it’s super flavorful and spicy. Their tonkatsu was very crispy. I would not recommend sizing down to a small, it’s not worth it in my opinion, just get a regular.

Food is alright, not the best. Ramen broth needs more flavor.

My favorite place, food comes out so quick and it’s DELICIOUS. I recently moved to Michigan and find myself tearing up over the fact that I can’t have this ramen. I love it so much, I can’t live without it. Please open a location near me because I will go everyday, multiple times a day even. This is my fuel, my life. I’m begging you, I miss it so much please.

Delicious takoyaki and spicy ramen. great variety, the eggs are cooked perfectly, the meat is delicious.
