Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cambridge

I have had bad experiences with the service at every Chipotle I have visited. The staff were rude and disrespectful. My wife was insulted when she asked for our burritos to be remade because they were falling apart. The person who remade them did not speak English and was rudely accused of having an attitude by a staff member who was supposedly looking for good service. We were so upset that we ended up leaving. I would not recommend eating at this place. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

The staff and food at this restaurant are very good. I have visited three times, and today I decided to dine inside. While eating, a man outside banged on the window, holding his stomach and groaning, expressing that he was hungry. I shook my head no, but he came in and sat down next to me. I explained that I had no money and had used a gift card from my girlfriend. Despite this, he continued yelling, talking, and spitting, with his saliva even landing on my food. I offered him my chips since he kept saying he was hungry, but I couldn't finish my burrito because of his spit. He then grabbed my hand forcefully, scratching it with his nail that was poking out of his glove. I quickly left the location, feeling shaken by the encounter. It was a disturbing experience, and I couldn't help but wonder about the state of the world.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is delicious. Located in Central Square Cambridge, the atmosphere is top-notch!

Love what this was was a very good venerable toss and we have in the FUN SEATS. You know it's a thing that can only be so. It's all you have when you put yourself to the test. WATER WAS FIRE. I don't know if it's that nice.
