This local pub is a fantastic spot to enjoy a few drinks. They have a decent selection of drinks and the landlord/staff are really friendly. It's clear that they are taking Covid safety measures seriously, which is reassuring. They also have a good amount of outdoor seating available across from the church.

I always receive a warm welcome at this restaurant. The charity quiz is fantastic, and the fish and chips are great. The beer is also pretty good!

I dislike having to read through a menu as big as a book before placing an order. However, at this restaurant, the menu is clear and concise with a good variety of choices. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, with extra logs added to the fire for coziness. The portions of food were large and tasty, without any faults to be found. This is the ideal spot for a classic English pub lunch, and I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be returning.

Great local pub for a few pints. decent selection and really nice landlord/arm. It is clear that the Kovid measures are taken very seriously, which is good to see. has a decent space outside the church.
