Caffe Nero - Cambridge

All Caffè Nero’s are exceptionally high service throughout the country but most of all market street Cambridge. They are very patient with my wife and listen to her and very accommodating I like that and very professional and helpful these good people...are making lives better or it could be the good coffee

Whilst buying some essentials today in a nearby shop I popped into the cafe to ask if they knew of anywhere with a toilet open. An extremely polite, young man helped me with some information and whilst there I picked up an extremely tasty gingerbread...treat. A big thank you to him helping me

I wouldn't ever go back. the floor was filthy, plus food staining on the legs of the the tables. The toilet for less able customers was disgusting plus the lock was hanging off. In this time of the need for high standards of hygiene I'm...flabbergasted at this place.

Went to Caffé Neros yesterday and was quite satisfied. The coffee I had was fine, not the best one but definitely the most expensive one I had in Cambridge. Overall, the quality of the drinks and food was great, but there are cheaper cafés in...the neighborhood

Unfriendly unhelpful staff. The toilets were disgusting. Toilet paper not in a dispenser and blood wiped on the top. Dirty paper all over the floor. No soap. Disgraceful!! From what my husband told me the Mens toilet were also awful. Tables that were available were...all dirty....I would definitely never go in this branch ever again.
