Marasushi - Calvi

We stopped in for Poke bowls, both of us ordered the « Duo » which consisted of salmon and tuna. We thought it was very fresh and enjoyable, good value for the price. The young man who served us was super friendly and while I was able to speak to him in French he was able to serve some other guests in English. All in all it was a very pleasant dinner.

Excellent food and service, if I had to pick a fault I’d rather they’d left the Edamame beans in their shells as they are tough to grab with chopsticks (but that would be really picking) Superb sushi, attentive (but not omnipresent) staff. Reasonable pricing

We don’t often eat sushi but fancied something different after our boat trip today. The restaurant is quaint but the food was absolutely delicious top quality. And we had a lovely bottle of Corsican wine with our meal. This is probably the best meal we have had in Calvi so far.

Ordered take away from here and everything we tried was delicious and tasted very fresh. Salmon nigiri and gyoza were two of the highlights. Staff were also very friendly.
