Chick-fil-a In Wash - Calumet-Norvelt

Stacie is the best worker you guys have. I came in today and she was so sweet. She treated her customers with respect. And had a beautiful smile

I’m very disappointed with this location, their customer service is terrible. Today I order ahead online for pick up for a faster service, when I got there, the person standing by the pick up station had no orders ready for customers, all the orders were in a cart at the cashier station, there was an African American lady named Zoe by the drink station serving orders to customers, then a African American woman approached to ask for her online order and Zoe rapidly went ahead to check the cart and gave her the order, then I went to ask her to check for my order and she gave me a negative eye contact and said “I can’t give you anything, you have to go by the pick up station and ask them for your order” she didn’t even bother to look in the cart for mine? Is it because I’m white? Well, I’m feeling discriminated. Such behavior should not be tolerated in chick-fil-a from what I heard.
