Kitethrills - Caloundra

Had a refresher with Colin in Pelican Waters (Caloundra) and it was perfect. Colin is easy going but professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Tiaki at the office was very responsive with the booking and very pro. The instructor down in Brisbane was sick and they didn't take the risk to do lessons while the instructor was sick, which is very pro. Overall very happy with this kitesurfing school, I would highly recommend them to anyone and the learning spot at Pelican Waters is perfect.

I highly recommend Colin at Kitethrills as an instructor. He is extremely professional, thorough, safety-conscious, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. The lessons are well worth the money if you're looking to learn kitesurfing. Kitethrills offers great value for the price.

This is a fantastic spot to visit near Currimundi entrance. The food and service are consistently excellent. They offer a selection of local beers and often have afternoon entertainment, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I cannot praise Kitethrills enough, especially Roberto. Despite having no prior experience with kites, Roberto had me up on the board during my first lesson. His extensive knowledge and calm demeanor were incredibly helpful, especially in windy conditions. Overall, the service was fantastic!

I am a native and was often in this cafe. Unfortunately, my experience is getting worse when I go. the kitchen is far too small to be the amount of appendages that come through, and the cook does not seem to be in the position. to the standards they expect to cook. eating is either cooked, uncooked, cold or they have to wait for a longer time until their order actually comes out. the coffee is often weak or burnt. I noticed that the cafe also looks very dirty, there were food scrap, dust and chaos in most areas behind the counter and on the floor. it is very inconspicuous. it's nice to order a drink and listen to the love music, but that's all. I love to support local, small businesses, but I just won't waste money on under-average food and coffee.
