Kings Beach Tavern - Caloundra

I had a fantastic experience at Kings Beach Tavern and I am already planning to return soon. I visited alone on a Saturday night to have dinner and watch a live band. I was a bit nervous at first, but I quickly felt at ease. Ordering food was simple, and my fish and chips arrived in just ten minutes - it was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The drinks were reasonably priced and served quickly. The event area with the band was a good size, and I enjoyed being able to step outside onto the deck. I can't think of a single negative thing about the four or five hours I spent at Kings Beach Tavern. I had a wonderful night and would highly recommend this place.

This fantastic pub is located right on Kings Beach. The spacious outdoor deck is ideal for dining al fresco during the warmer months. The food is better than average and reasonably priced. They also offer a great selection for children, including activities to keep them happy. Live music is a regular feature, and they also have keno, sports viewing, and pokies available. I highly recommend this place.

I haven't been to this restaurant in several years, but I was impressed by the changes. The decor is lovely and the menu offers a good selection. The food was delicious and the setting both indoors and outdoors was nice. The staff were also very friendly and provided great service.

I never had such a rude service! we have been for our trip from melbourne since 3 o'clock. we stopped them for lunch while we waited for our house keys to be ready. the older women, brown hair, short was rudely rude! we waited for an hour for our food and we had asked for sauce with all our meals. only 3 of 5 got sauce. we asked for it from two waitresses. never came. ask brown hair older women if we could please take the sauces. they gave the other waitress the debt and went away. wing them to another table while I worked in the middle of the set if we were waiting for the sauces or didn't want to disturb? I called her back and she cried: what! “You said you didn’t want it!” I just looked at her and just said, “No worries.” I didn't want to come into play with her. she was evil! I would never go back there. I should add. the table was dirty! We had asked two employees to delete the table, because we have been sitting for ever and nobody has stopped to clear it. I had to go to the bar and asked for a cloth so I could make it myself. she was beautiful and offered to clean it herself. absolutely not her job and I would have made it happy myself. that was nice to eat. I think about price for what we get and the service. but it is in a beautiful location. the personal really ruins this place. it feels like we're not welcome. we were the unwanted tourists served by locals who hate them!

The seafood extravaganza is definitiw not! for $98 it is a sweat. the only decent thing is the calamari and garnel. the mud cancer had no meat, the skalopps were the size of a 5 cent piece and they only got 2. the greatest portion. the overcooked chips.
