Coliseum Pinseria - CALOLZIOCORTE

I used to spend a short period of work and I discovered the coliseum , excellent rosticceria , fantastic pinsa made at the moment excellent ingredients and cooking, all with an economic account, the person owner very much so thanks

The restaurant is located in the Sala in Via SS. Cosma and Damiano, parallel to the main street of the town (Corso Europa), not far from the Hyperal. It is a very small pinseria, open not long, that can operate only with take-away and service at home. Unlike previous managements (only pizzerias), I think that the current activity can have a peaceful future, because their menu includes, in addition to the excellent pinsa made, in many ways, with quality ingredients, also various first dishes and fried vents (arancini, panzerotti and crocchette). Since they are open we have already ordered the pinsa four times and the oranges only once: the pinsa is always excellent, also heated the next day, while the oranges are nothing exceptional, that is without infamy and without praise.
