Castle Chicken Kebab House - Callington

Thought the food was rubbish. I've tried the chicken, burgers and pizza! The pizza was soggy and the cheese fell off! The chicken was tough and the seasoned coating doesn't work well because I end up with a horrible chicken skin taste. The coating doesn't stick well! Customer service is rude. Always rude. Food is often cold however there was this one time where I asked them if they could make sure that the food was hot and it was. The WEBSITE is broken, their app is virtually non existent. They are the only takeaway that doesn't accept cards outside of Callington. The three other takeaway websites (Ming, Panda and Pizza House) all do stress free online deliveries if you're like me 4 miles outside of Callington. Castle Chicken do not do this. I know. I've asked them. They've recently increased their prices while food quality and service has gone down. Now charging £8 for a gross pizza and trust me this was gross. There must be better customer service and quality control, but they don't care right. They care about money so if they want to serve you barely edible food then it doesn't matter to them. My advice to people out there if you are relying on food deliveries then try Ming or somewhere else. At least there food is hot and edible.

Don’t be put off by the 1st picture on Google (we was but needed to get some food and didn’t fancy curry or Chinese! Pleasantly surprised 10 out of 10 chicken not greasy pizza tasty give these guys a go Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

It is just a standard withdrawal eating is not great at all and if busy they can wait up to 1 hour just good point is that the staff is quite friendly, but the rest is just a scandal.
