Solbar - CALISTOGA

I'm not sure how to share about this place,,,, it's very pretty there very pricey,, service was almost too much, and was kinda very bland and business like, I guess I prefer a lil fun banter and a waiter who listens and offers helpful suggestions) he was not that..we were celebrating a 21st birthday small group of 6. They had never been to a bar before to taste or see what kinds of drinks, he didn't say much, we kept asking for lil more time, he kept coming back , it actually bordered on pushy. Then waiter explained he had to close out his shift,???? We had made reservations so this was a memorable experience. We left and although beautiful, dissapointed...we should of maybe tried outside bar.? We ended up at Johnnys downtown, and had a wonderful time..

Solbar never disappoints. Beautiful outdoor seating, delicious food, friendly and accommodating staff.

I LOVE this place. It is California cool, your glass is never empty, and dishes are delicious and executed beautifully. These are pictures from dinner but we've dined here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner multiple times because of which just know the menu doesn't really change but then again why change a good thing? Hot tip- they make their own hot sauce and it is yum!

Went for dinner and breakfast and both were delicious! The service was above and beyond.

A great restaurant inside the Solage resort. The menu changed a bit compared to last time we visited, with a new focus on sharing dishes. The food is excellent, very well presented. The service is friendly and professional. Overall, combined with the pleasant stay in the resort, such a great way to escape busy Silicon Valley for a weekend!
