The Place - Calgary

This is a great little restaurant and one of the best pizza places in the city. We’ve been coming every Thursday for last few months and have always enjoyed it. In addition to the great pizza, the service is also excellent; especially Ealat, she is the best. If you are looking for a hidden gem in Bowness, this is “The Place” to go.

The place is very cozy. I ordered the veal cutler and steak cutlet. It came with garlic bread,salad and fries as sides. The server was very friendly and overall it was a great experience. Will definitely recommend this place

I have ordered here a few times I have never been disappointed they make very crispy wings with the sauce on the side and their lasagna is to die for definitely a plus plus for me

Great local spot for a family meal! Classic pizza, steak and baked pasta like the old school steak houses, you can't really go wrong if you stick to these items. Atmosphere is welcome and the staff are great. No complaints, it's going to become a regular stop for us. <br/ <br/ <br/ UPDATE been in Bowness for a few years now, and The Place is STILL a regular stop for us.  The staff are super friendly and hard working, may not always be the quickest but they are earnest and try very hard.  Food is delicious, always.  Supporting local business is easy with places like this around.

My wife and I love this quaint little restaurant and come fairly regularly for the delicious pizza. The service is always great and it's a very welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend!
