Love phils great food great staff and lisa at 17 ave se is wonderful amazing waitress always a good experience never disappointed if your lucky to have her as a server tip well

My favorite. I love the food, I love the emptiness, I love the convience of the location for me, I always get sweet or funny waitresses and maybe had to wait bit too long like twice I've gone here so many times though. I'd eat here every day if I had the the money and time! I always leave full and happy. The last cook was better but the one last few times is good. Second best crepes in the world! Love it!

We always come back to this familiar favorite for breakfast! We'd tried thier new Chicken Chubbies and were impressed with the flavor ???? Great part I that they now offer the availability to take thier greatest mixes and dishes home to whip up!

Used to love coming here for breakfast but for some reason recently it?s not been that good. watery eggs benny, overcooked ham. not sure if it?s just a different cook, but yeahh a little disappointed.

This is one of my favorite Phil's restaurants in the city. The staff are just so wonderful and the food is great. I almost always get the French toast, and I cannot recommend trying the chubbies enough!
