Bidrage med feedbackI've been to multiple OJ's but the one in Aspen is probably my favourite. I really like the area and all the other shops/vendors surrounding it. OJs is your typical pub style restaurant except it's a little fancier I'd say. I got a order of the chicken tenders which is pretty hard to mess up. R got the Ace Burger and he enjoyed it and that the burger was juicy.
Good service/Tasty food/Variety menu.<br/ I was craving fish&chips lately and I choose somewhere near my house.<br/ <br/ Even it's weekdays and local residential area, the restaurant was full.<br/ I had a glass of red ale beer first.<br/ It was pretty malty and clean. <br/ I really liked their menu. So much to choose!<br/ Healthy or Greasy or small snack. Very well balanced for everyone.<br/ <br/ My husband got salmon sandwich and I got fish and chips. Both dishes were big portion.<br/ We couldn't finish our food but they were very delicious.<br/ <br/ Definately going back. Awesome staff and awesome food.
I used to not be very impressed with Original Joe's. I found the food boring and tasteless but this place has changed my mind. They have really stepped up the many and the flavours in recent years. I am impressed with the portion sizes. Definitely good value for money. The ambiance is great and the patio is very comfortable. I am a huge fan of the half moon booths too. Tabs aren't invasive but keep you up to date on the latest sports.
The best gluten free hamburger buns!. Love the gluten free options!! The sides are delicious. I've been to many locations: 4th street, Aspen Landing, McLeod Trail (both locations) and every time I've enjoyed the food and service.
Our neighborhood Go-to for good specials, good service and good wings. I've been all over the city for the past five years hitting up hotwings.com's best wing places in the city, and to be honest, Original Joes is one of the few places that does wings correctly. They come out hot, generously bathed in sauce, and just the right mix of tender and crispy. Aside from the wings, the food is your atypical OJ's pub fare, some items are certainly worth it and some are best to steer clear of. The chicken quesadilla is always a favorite, but I'd suggest straying away from tempting items like the double dog and the pulled pork (unless you're lucky enough to get a fresh sandwich). The service is always reliable, and the patrons are a heterogenous mix of affluent yuppies and youth. They're busy every day of the week, and for good reason.<br/ <br/ My favorite OJ's in Calgary, and I've been to every damned one.
