Citizen Brewing Company - Calgary

Food was good. Beer was good. Great atmosphere, if our server didn’t ignore us the whole time it would have been a great experience. We showed up at 8:20 pm when tables were mostly empty. Waited 20min after drinks were served to order food. And I think if I didn’t wave her over it would have been longer. Then we didn’t see her again until 20min after our food and drinks were finished. Great beer, but terrible service, would not recommend to eat in.Also the bacon cheddar burger fell apart before I could even try to eat it. Ended up eating it with a knife and 3 forks because the plastic cutlery kept breaking

I had a wonderful time visiting Citizen Brewing Company. Ordered a chicken sandwich as well as beverages. It was a fantastic mixture of chicken and seasoning, with a side of hot sauce for a bit of zip.Quick and friendly service.

Great beer great atmosphere... Didn't care for the brisket sandwich tho, meat was tough and sauce was... different. Chicken sandwiches looked awesome tho, will be back to try one of those and some more craft beer!

Citizen is easily in my top 3 favourite beers! The atmosphere can’t be beat! Great food, and amazing beer! Definitely give this spot a try, you won’t be disappointed!Kids menu!Non alcoholic optionsHealthy options!In house sauces

Service was incredibly slow for lunch hour, and when we arrived there were only four other tables seated. We had to flag down the server to take our food order. Mac n cheese was undercooked and bland, and most of our order was overpriced for portion size. Had to ask twice for the bill, and worst of all the food was served in takeout bowls but when asked to take home some leftovers, instead of lids for the takeout bowls, we were provided with boxes.
