Pio Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken

I want to thank everyone at your restaurant for going above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. Your staff not only assisted me when I couldn't leave my hotel to get food, but they also delivered it to me after hours just to make sure I had something to eat. They took time out of their own night off the clock, using their own vehicle, to ensure I was taken care of when a delivery company failed to do their job. The food was probably the best I've ever had, with the added bonus of being gluten-free due to my celiac disease. Most gluten-free options at restaurants tend to be bland and boring, but your dishes were incredibly delicious. Your staff took great care to make sure I was safe and satisfied with my meal. I truly appreciate the kindness and exceptional service they provided. Your restaurant is not only known for amazing food, but also for its fantastic staff. I can't thank you enough and highly recommend your establishment as the best place in Calgary.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, so I finally went tonight. The service was excellent, even though it was very busy. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us without any issues. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken with fried yucca, and the spicy red sauce was definitely hot. Some of my friends tried the curry, which was the nightly special, and they loved it. We also enjoyed a pitcher of perfectly-made Pisco Sours. Overall, it was a great experience. The restaurant had two unisex bathrooms, one of which was accessible.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant with a friend and was very impressed. The service was outstanding, the chicken was incredibly tender, the ingredients were fresh, and the dishes were all super tasty. The restaurant is family-owned and has a fun atmosphere with amazing aromas coming from the kitchen. This place is truly a hidden gem in Calgary.

First time ordering from Pio Peru. Got it through Skip The Dishes... It was delicious! The chicken was moist with flavourful seasoning, the sides were fantastic, especially the vegetables, and the shortbread desert was awesome. Will most definitely add this to my list of favourite restaurants.

We came across this place, and it is absolutely amazing!! The food is sooo flavorful, the desserts are delicious, and the staff are awesome and very helpful. We have been back again since our first visit and we look forward to our next visit even when we come all the way from Okotoks
