Slow. I waited 15 to 20 minutes for 2 pommes and an ice cream. only 2 people in the front of me.

Had a gift card with less than one dollar left. I wanted to pay it out (as allowed by California law). I was denied. on the tresor where I ordered, there was a sign that there is a California resident to pay gift cards if they only have a few dollars left in them. I guess in this jack, her policy surpasses California laws and laws.

In the rule 1pm is when traffic meets, but each on the staff was very helpful and did amazing teamwork. we have really appreciated them and this has done everything on the way to home from mexiko to los angeles. Bless!

People serving were very polite and quick. Very enjoyable, and before I sat down they cleaned my table and not even 1 min after I got up to get my order they cleaned again and sanitized.

The service needs improvement, two weeks in a row I received my orders wrong. I'm allergic to cheese and both times I received my orders with cheese, after letting them know that I'm allergic and the last order the shift manager just handed the order to the cashier with out making sure that the order was correct. Its understandable that they want to get orders out but if they're going to rush orders they need to make sure that they are right.
