Agriturismo Casale Eldoro - CALESTANO

Last Sunday I went for the first time to eat at the Eldoro farmhouse along with friends and relatives. What can I say the experience was perfect. To welcome us in addition to the owners Roberto and Sunday, there was also Oscar a cute little dog who besides cuddling does not want anything else The farmhouse inside is very nice and what for me very important clean! For lunch they offered us an appetizer with fried dumpling and meats, two first ravioli made in the house with two different fillings, one more good than the other, if I have to recommend to try are those with zucchini and ricotta Second roast with potatoes, also this tasty at the right point, and for sweet two tarts all accompanied by excellent wine. Between the first and the second you can go to find the animals, a pony, a horse and the nice goats Council to try this farm for food, the place but above all for the availability and reception of the owners, you will not be disappointed!

Then: the nice location, and the interiors enjoy. The outsiders leave a bit to want because many things seem abandoned to their fate, like children's games that seem out of a Soviet city. I have to say we didn't eat well. Six slices of appetizer salami, of the soft one of Milan, a bit of pasta with cheese and tomatoes that had become a macoon and then roast, if I remember well, with potatoes. Being the only ones, it seemed that they opened for us that day and gave us what was going on in the kitchen. The owners are however sympathetic, although they do too much talk with the tables, but this can be peculiar and folkloristic.

We stayed in this farm for a Sunday lunch. We found a great place with delicious food and great wine. Congratulations to the owners!

We are two adults and a child of 20 months (they have the child chair) with an emotional box3... We were welcomed by the friendly Oscar and the rest they thought everything Roberto and Sunday that with sympathy and friendliness they were able to entertain large and small. Simple dishes but made by them with quality products and especially with a lot of passion. We will definitely return

The last time I was a guest on Sunday and Roberto was on the occasion of the 50 years of my friend. A memorable lunch and a special welcome! I spent a wonderful day: Sunday is a great cook and Roberto has also entertained us with a track played on the guitar. Family atmosphere and relaxed where time really goes fast.
