Imelda's Mexican Food - Caldwell

Well it's great that you brought back my big red and real Mexican music as it should be.thank you for serving menudo every day of the week and good barbacoa (the real deal) keep it up!!!

Today was my first time trying the food here and I was so impressed. I got a chicken burrito and the tortilla was so fresh and warm. The green salsa was so amazing and made it 10x better. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Just want to shout out this place. I work in the same complex and order from time to time. They always go the extra mile and bring it to my shop. They give me an incredible amount of delicious menudo and sides and are just so awesome!

I was not impressed at all with the food. The beans and rice was the only thing that tasted good. And they're green hot sauce in a bottle sitting on the table was definitely expired because it tasted like old olive oil. really expensive for the quality of food that I got. The service was excellent though.

I've grown up on the food that Imelda has made for many many years for their customers. They now have a new owner still okay food but nothing comparable to the original Imelda. I live 65-75 minutes away I make a point that if I'm going that way I stop. I'm not sure I will anymore.
