EscĀ - Cairo

I visited Escā in Almazah with my partner after a friend had recommended the place and I was not disappointed at all. First, the greeting was great and I became a very nice table, just what I asked when booking. And the distance between the tables is great, which gives you and your partner privacy. Secondly, the interior, the ambience and the afro home music make your culinary experience unforgettable. Third: Nour our waiter for the night took our culinary experience to the next level, he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When he asked about the drinks, I asked for a beer, but he recommended to take a cocktail as their bartenders are really good, which made me change my mind and order **** Mary, and I did not regret it at all. The bartender then came and took feedback to see if the cocktail was good. For food we ordered the salmon salad and grilled octopus, which were great and the salmon special roles that were average. The salmon salad has a lot of salmon in it, and the quality of the salmon is really good. The grilled octopus is amazing as its sauce makes it magical. The salmon special roll is nice, but not great, as I would have pretended for the Uramaki because I couldn't taste the salmon in the roll. Overall, the culinary experience was unforgettable and will definitely come back when I visit Cairo again. N.B. we drove the next day to Escā in 5A Waterway, when we wanted to visit this outlet before we went to Cairo when we came to the restaurant, we felt unwilling that all the staff stared and nobody approached us who left us and had dinner elsewhere. However, I still had 5 for my dinner experience, but I wrote it here so that the management can look into it, how this brand deserves professional welcome.

Amazing place with interior that is spectacular. The food was great; one of a kind and very tasty. Soliman the waiter was not only friendly, but he was always there to help us invade we needed everything; gave us a tour for the place! Please ask for him, he is amazing!

Excellent restaurant with very creative dishes. Service was excellent as well, staff were very attentive. Nice atmosphere.

ESCA was a delightful experience. The food was great, the atmosphere unique and elegant and the service was excellent. It is on the pricy side, so won't be going back so regularly. Make a reservation to avoid being rushed or not seeing the dessert list!
