Both for the raw materials, where the best local productions are exalted, both for the mastery of the preparations, and for the great talent of the chef. A little high prices, but fully justified by the overall quality.
Tryed several times at lunch, cured dishes, refined but with an eye to tradition and raw materials. I think the policy is precisely to always use local products and therefore season. The menu is quite varied, but not so much to create confusion. An applause to the staff who has always been prepared and present, but never intrusive. Price suitable for the quality of the products and service as well as the local, treated in every detail and with the due distances between the tables that allow the right privacy.
Wide and comfortable environment, excellent sea starters, and the first. Qualified staff. Paid the right. Surely to try.
Nice place, bright, good reception. The menu is attractive and offers original choices. I opted for fish options, all fresh, even raw, very good. From a plateau to the fregular, a fish trip in crust, an excellent dessert. Excellent choice of wines. Average price high, but of quality.
Pleasant local work lunch quiet a proposal of non-banal cuisine of excellent level... service up a great experience.... It's worth trying.
