The food quality has steadily declined over the years. They've phased out several good dishes, there's always an out of stock menu item, one particular visit, they couldn't serve service water because their filters were broken.

My husband and I love this place! It's like homemade flavor food. If I'm really hungry, but don't want to spend much, that's my place. Her main thing is her chilisthing condition (My mouth is even watery, just thinking about it. Riff Brisket Rice is my Fave, mixed with the chili sauce! Yummy

Loves this Madarin tea garden. Conveniently located in the center of the city. I was recently renovated with a new look. Traditional look with the brick treatment. My favorites are the Madarin Porkchop, Squid Curry, Chicken Pork Asado Soup. They need to improve their Siomai dumplings.
