Cit Galantom - CAFASSE

I tried both the sea and land menu. I really liked fish. In a lunch of more people, the cost of water is overly affected. Despite the availability and friendliness I do not think I will return again.

Spending an evening at the Cit Galantom is like living a fairy tale: time no longer counts and Darius, taking you by hand, accompanies you between curiosity, anecdotes and science applied to the kitchen, in a crescendo of wisdom and sympathy. Only for true lovers: passion is not for everyone, but it is the key to entering the world of gourmet cuisine. Prices absolutely calibrated to the quality, completeness and uniqueness of experience.

Excellent dinner, perfect in all aspects and Dario is always a guarantee of competence, hospitality, quality and care of all the details.

We went to celebrate a family birthday. It was all just fantastic and amazing. The dishes were lovely, the high level service. The cook, owner and waiter is very kind, helpful and more than anything else passionate about his work. The wine is simply great and if you have never met a hydrosommellier you must at least go to discover it. We chose a fish lunch and never tasted better. Even children 7,11, 13 years were fascinated by service and courses. The restaurant is intimate, covered max 20 people.

I came back today for the second time in a few months, when the restaurant and the owner/chef Dario was made known to me by a dear friend. And as for the first time, I was super satisfied. The place is small, but elegant. The menu is chosen by the chef based on seasonal products, which today included fresh fried porcini, perfectly in line with the autumn climate of this May 2023.... Afterwards, homemade bacon, roasted pork cutters and amazing Patanegra pork cooked in a pan (I knew only the Patanegra ham, a real delight!! The whole is flooded by great wine and different types of water (eh yes, not all waters are the same..., each accompanying every single dish. The price is higher than the average, but when you leave nobody talks about the price. And this is customer satisfaction index. Of course I will!!
