Mcdonald's Restaurants - Caerphilly

Can always count on cold food, poor customer service, and getting someone else's cold order instead of what you ordered at the drive thru!

Had a few problems with my order on the app. I checked in and waited 20 minutes to get my order. the team clearly went between breakfast and normal menu. While I was waiting, about 5 people bought their orders back, as there were mistakes, but our order was before location, hot and fresh.

I ordered a Galaxy McFlurry and had to park and wait for it. When I finally got home, I discovered that there was no Galaxy in it—just plain ice cream. How difficult can it be to get this right?

I often visit this McDonald's, and it's usually quite good. Occasionally, my orders get mixed up and the food can be a bit cold, but overall, it's a solid choice. I enjoy dining in as well as ordering takeout.
