You get the ice from a new container from the freezer, with a cleaned spoon when you mention that you need to eat gluten-free. They definitely understand what it is about. This is the third summer vacation here and we have never been disappointed. Very friendly people and delicious ice cream. No Gf cones.

We had icecream. The personal did their best effort by taking icecream from a new container but probably they forgot to use a clean icecream scoop. So we got symptoms afterwards. The taste was great.

No special Service. no gf. waffle but the ice cream is very tasty
