Big Boy - Cadillac

Our group of six enjoyed a fantastic lunch while on our way to Mackinac last week! We all agreed that it was the best cheeseburger we've had in years. Unfortunately, I realized I had left my wallet at Big Boy after driving a few hours north to Mackinac.

The place was dirty, floors were so sticky my shoes stuck. There was a broken spring on my booth seat. We ordered breakfast and, my potatoes were not done and my pancakes were so cold the butter wouldn't even soften let alone melt. The service was ok not great. The whole restaurant needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade. Please pass this one by. I told the waitress and the person who checked us out that my potatoes and pancake were bad. Neither one responded. DONT. EAT HERE they don't care.

I wish I could give a negative star. The food was so bad my bf puked in the parking lot. There was food on my booth seat. Waitress making shakes and touching everything with no gloves on. The only person I saw with gloves on had just cleaned the bathroom . The floors and salad bar were disgusting. I understand it was a trunk or treat night but taking a baby into the kitchen and passing him back and forth while handling food is uncalled for. Never again will I eat here.

We have our extended family Thanksgiving meal for 2021 at Cadillac Big Boy. It was a great opportunity for everyone not to clean the dishes and have a great time together in the banquet room (has a reservation for it). The staff was extremely helpful and despite the staff this day, they did a fantastic job and never lost their cheerful attitude. Has been of them, thank you again and bless God!

Big Boy is an American classic I think they have managed to keep a decent selection with their food and the quality of the portions can be smaller, but it still has the same classic feeling and friendly seating.
