After waiting for a waiter for about 15 minutes to ask us what we want to order, we had to wait more than half an hour to get the food. It was medium-sized, but still some of it was cold.

I have the terrible experience of the last time! We waited 15 minutes and nobody asked us what we want. I had 3 or 4 waiters left without seeing us... There were only a few tables occupied. A customer ate the steak when the waiter brought salad. Someone went to the kitchen and asked something. I lost my patience that I left the restaurant, and I don't know how the food is, and I don't care!
