Taverna Il Vecchio Saloon - CABRAS

Small town and this restaurant is just behind the Main Street at a square. Pizzas are only in the evening but the pasta is very good for lunch. Nice and friendly service very local.

I paid 20 euro for a dish with literally 3 tiny pieces of fish, 2 over cooked shrimp, and 2 small pieces of baby squid. A complete joke. This restaurant was a clear exception to my rest of positive dinning experiences in Sardinia. To be avoided.

We really enjoyed this place. Excellent meal for two with water and wine for under 50 euros. The table was reserved for later in the eve but it gave us well over an hour for our meal.

Locale giovane, informale ed accogliente. Personale cortese e veloce. Cucina con sapori puliti, ottima e variegata,.....tra le tante buone cose...

Abbiamo mangiato ieri a pranzo.....personale cordiale e piatti freschissimi. Pesce favoloso. Andateci perché merita davvero.
