Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cabot

Very disappointed with our experience, we wanted to grab something quick before church for breakfast and it was not that. We had to pull up and wait for our food for over 10 minutes, (the car behind me also had to wait). My husband wanted the biscuits with bacon and was not told it didn’t come with eggs on it, I got two orders of (2) sausages and got charged for it when I only wanted 1 order of 2, the pancakes and sausages were very greasy and we a asked for iced coffee and were told they only had lattes. So we got that but turns out their lattes don’t even have coffee or espresso it’s coffee extract flavoring and ice cream which is not at all what we wanted but we were only told that after we had been waiting 10 minutes and they said their ice cream machine was giving them problems. I love this dairy for lunch and treats but my breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. My total was also $31 when I could have sat down at a restaurant and got better/even more food for only a little more.

The drive thru rain gutter was blowing in the wind out into the drive thru lane and I told the employee at the window, that 's barely hanging on and could fall and hit someone or damage a vehicle. Her response: I just work here. ... ?You 're lucky you 've got that A1 burger or I 'd never come back; we 've all got our vices. ?

Great food and fresh. And great costumer service. And food was given to us pretty quickly hardly a wait timeFood: 5/5

It is very clean and the staff are super inviting and friendly. The food was a little salty but wasn't bad. I am very pleased with this location. Keep up the good work!Food: 4/5
