Mcdonald's - Caboolture

A very nice posh mcdonalds. shade, the price for eating amazingly high. the smallest swallow coffee I've ever seen. 90 cent for a coffee. overall it was a good experience learning and seeing new things. the workers were very friendly about everything and ready to help with changes. that always learns something new.

This is the most efficient, fastest and friendly McDonald’s I have ever been to. the drive thru is super fast, and the inside of the restaurant is really clean and modern with several different seating styles including sitting outdoors and a playground for children

Went in on a Saturday night around 9:30pm after placing an online order, and they were getting absolutely smashed. The young man serving at the front (he was the only one dealing with that area) was doing a fantastic job trying to run between over 5 different orders at one point trying to get things out as quickly as possible. The service was slow but it was very busy as mentioned, and there needed to be more people on the front. I stood there for over 20 minutes before I was even spoken to, and waited roughly half an hour in total for the order. The chips were sadly going cold as they had been sitting ready to go for easily 15 minutes while other things were done. We still enjoyed our meals though, and the young man who was on the front serving myself and others dealt with everything so well. Including having complaints and having to do refunds for angry customers. Aside from that the store was clean and tidy, food was good, and service was as good as could be expected on a busy night. Overall satisfied

For a big fast food chain, this store has a friendly in store eating ambience. The decor well chosen, with eating areas for all configurations of people. The staff are majority friendly and helpful. Some minor negative details in the outside layout and drive thu, but all in all a nice dining experience for a big fast food chain. Edit: Picked up an online order the other day, see muffin pic. Dropped the ball on this one. Quality control and customer experience on the low side of the scale.

Ordered 40 chicken nuggets (with a random assortment of sauces), medium chips and a soft serve. I received my soft serve and chips just fine but only 20 nuggets and no sauce. That's Macca's for you.
