Tacos Gardenias - Cabo San Lucas

We've eaten twice here and the fried chicken teeth are fantastic. The staff was very familiar with gluten-free and I showed them my gluten-free travel map and they understood that it had to be cooked separately. The guacamole was also delicious and I had a grilled shrimp tacco.

Very tasty and fast service. I showed them my Spanish-translated food allergy card and the waiter assured me that there was no wheat in the Maistortillas. I have shrimp and Al Pastor Tacos, so delicious!!

Excellent tacos and guacamole. I think the critic who mentioned that they brought tostadas instead of chips meant they brought Maistortillas. The chips come from a common frit. The waitress did not know what was gluten-free, but I felt safe with the tortillas, steak and shrimp tacos.

Tacos Gardiana has the best tacos. They make their Maistortillas on a separate grill. We have the fish tacos, pastor and rock steak tacos. They were also milk-free friendly. The waiter brings a plate of pico, hot sauce picked onions, onions and cilantro, hot peppers, avocado, and Creama also with a Kohlslaw mix to cover your tacos. I'd definitely eat again here. The servers were known about gluten.

This little hole in the wall restaurant has the best tacos in town. They have a dedicated grill for frying up their homemade corn tortillas and the waiter says no flour is used on the one half of the kitchen. The menu is not marked, but we ordered guacamole and they provided me tostadas while the gluten eaters were brought CC chips. I ordered chicken tacos and both times we went the chicken is juicy and filled with flavor, not dried out as is found other places. I have not been sick so may use my limited Spanish to try the carne asada next time. No dairy added, so I didn’t have to request they hold the cheese.
