Service slow place not well managed! Need retraining of staff and not enough people working there. Average wait time for food .....in line before ordering 15 to 20 minutes and after ordering another 15 to 20 minutes to receive. Place could be awesome if staff were better trained and bigger staff to get things moving faster. Many people walk by and not stop because line is so long

Crowded and slow. The concept of fast food didn't apply during my experience.
