Bidrage med feedbackToday, I noticed that the price I was charged at Cabin John Valet didn't match the ticket. I wanted to inquire if it was just a simple mistake. However, the staff member was extremely rude and claimed that the charge was for an additional service (which I did not receive). They refused to reimburse me until I returned the dry cleaning and provided proof that I had not been wrongly charged. Their behavior and the situation made me concerned that this might have happened before. It might be worth checking their reception area to ensure that others haven't been inaccurately charged as well.
