Wetzel's Pretzels - Cabazon

I wish I didn't torment my order before I took photos. Ordnete 2 almond pretzels from Wetzels, because Aunt Annes was quite a way away. I thought almond pretzels were almond pretzels I tried Wetzels. Boy, I was wrong. First we were handed over two BAGS from Brezel-Bits, not Brezeln. They were dry, not chew, and completely free of almonds. There was certainly coating, but the coating was on the bottom of the bag. Brezels were bland, dry and not edible. the cost of these two bags, almost $17!! I can't talk about other things, just trying with Almond Pretzels.

So the food is good. The lemonade is SUPER sweet... how to drink sugar, so keep that in mind. The reason I give a star is Jazmin. She was so rude and freaked out to me and my friend without real reason. She didn't know or remembered that we ordered a second drink and literally told us NO you didn't. What I answered... well, we need one and I have money to cover it, so please get us one. So I paid twice for a drink. That's okay, though it was $6 was wasted. But her attitude wasn't okay. Maybe she had a bad day that knows. But she didn't have to take it on us.

I usually love him. As you can see, I can't do one. Last week I just came from a big lunch and was full. We were thirsty. Two lemonades and a water $13.54. $2,99 for a water to go in a mall! It's not the Super Bowl, it's a fucking mall. I was shocked and still. I'm not gonna buy from WP again. This is about the principle.

I was quite unimpressed with this Wetzel's. The Bitz were overcooked and drenched in butter. I mean, I like butter, but there was so much that the salt didn't even stick! I was hungry so I ate some of them, but I ended throwing more than half away. If this is what all locations are doing now, I'm extremely disappointed. I actually SEEK OUT Wetzel's if I know there's one nearby, and I did exactly that in this case only to be let down. Bummer.

Put already returned items from other customers in with fresh food. They were asked why did they didn't just throw it away?. They simply respond, we will. The bag that some returned stay there however. Very unsanitary. I understand they were having a big rush. But sacrificing sanitary procedure during a pandemic is not acceptable.
