O-sushi - BYRON BAY

Surprised how good it was! I wasn’t expecting much. Super tasty and good range of sushi including Tempe, seaweed,radish and capsicum. Vegan mayo served on the side. The edamame were awesome with the chili!

It’s great to see vegan options on the menu, I was very happy with tofu hand roll and eggplant miso! Yum. I’ll be back.

I eat here regularly. My favourite things to order are the Agedashi Tofu with a side of greens and rice. They also have other vegan dishes, but this is my go-to.

Menu and sushi train to choose from. The train has a vegetarian section (need to check with staff if vegan) and the menu has a few marked vegan options and some that are not marked as vegan but are. The sushi off the menu were nice and fresh. Vegan desserts also available
