Bidrage med feedbackWe have been avoiding going here, because we like the restaurant that was in this building before very much. They have remodeled the building, and it is actually better. We really enjoyed the food, and the decor hasn't changed too much, with the exception of a large bar. The bartender was not the most experienced one I've ever met, but it was the off-season, and she was younger, and probably learning, so it's fine. The scallops I had were tender and juicy and large, the shrimp were large as well. My wife had fresh local fish, which was also quite good. We had mahi nuggets appetizer, with some kind of spicy ranch which was really good. Overall a nice place probably a 3.5 out of five for expense, but a 4.5 out of 5 for enjoyability.
Very impressed. Food was spot on, fresh and tasty. Prices are in line with the area. Perfect size menu where they can focus on quality rather than trying to be all things to all people. This place is clearly a step above others on the Island.
Porkchop is great! Service fast, and friendly. Lemonade was refreshing. My hubby said the fried shrimp was awesome and Boiled shrimp was cooked a little too long.
This is truly an excellent restaurant. The food is carefully prepared in the ingredients are all fresh. Service is extraordinarily friendly. And as an added bonus to everything else the cheesecake is the finest cheesecake south of New York City. Oh by the way, the actual name of the restaurant is the Cockeyed Clam.
Food was good and service friendly and great. Not thrilled with fried foods... so very limited options for fish.
