Waiting time too long, only one staff is handling at counter. Not completing the orders properly, need to request few times on the sauce and tissue. Hand wash area was really dirty.

What kind of ‘fast food' is this. It take me almost 30 mins to collect my meal although the store wasn't crowd

Curb side pick up is useless! Twice I had to wait in the car for almost 10 minutes and no one came. Had to walk in and when asked, reason not enough manpower. Can’t they put a notice at least to say it’s not available?? Manager can resign since serving no purpose. Sent an email to KFC customer service and no reply at all. Useless even from the top!

The Indian lady staff very nice, friendly, excellent! you wanted to visit these branches again, very happy to find these industries!

My first visit to this outlet. Friendly staff. Bought 2 simple burgers, which was freshly prepared upon ordering. Was told that it would take about 15 min to prepare. Meanwhile, was offered a seat and a mini cold drink! I really appreciated that since it was a very hot day. Had time to observe the my surroundings. Outlet was clean and the staff, efficient. Reputation was good and I would definitely patronise it again.
