There was a literal hair in my burger. I called them and answered their questions. Their response is that the person making it has her hair tied securely. Best they could offer was for me to drive back, prove that their was a hair, and remake it. Furthermore, don't bother making changes to the meal options. Always give you the wrong thing. Ordered via doordash, Food was undercooked and they had no potato and gravy, but they replaced it with original chicken wings, which were undercooked as well. Called up about a refund, lady said no can do, she did apologise and ask her team to confirm, but still nothing in return, still feeling sick today from the food Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
