Wendy's - Butler

Wendy’s use to be my favorite but it is just pathetic anymore. They constantly get my order wrong online and in person ordering. Twice this week I stopped for the new orange frosty and both times told they don’t have it yet they advertise it. Order on the app and they either try to give me someone else’s order or just forget something in my order. Get it together.

This Wendy's was okay! Food is never hot when you get it! I ordered spicy chicken nuggets they were not very hot at all! Let me start by saying, I LOVE wendy's! But how do you serve a bowl of chili at the drive thru and NOT give a spoon???Am I supposed to drink it? ??

I've never had to wait so long for fast food in my life. For the high prices you charge you're not worth

Short staff, might have to wait in line for a Lil in the drive through!
