Pizza 5 cheeses was good ? it's quite big and plenty of cheese. Didn't like cannoli though

New Owner Beware!!! I have been a HUGE Anthony Franco fan for over 15 years! We bought a house in butler 6 years ago in in that time I may have ordered from AJ?s 4 times. The last 3 or 4 times we ordered it has been disappointing. My last order I never got cheese or garlic on my ?garlic bread with extra cheese?. Besides being put on hold for 3 minutes while 2 kids are crying, I get told, ?a driver will swap it out?. I ordered at 7pm, it arrived at 8pm, I called at 8:30pm. I?m not waiting another hour (or even 30 minutes). Especially when the girl I was talking to could clearly hear the crying kids. I told her that I?m trying to get my 9 month old to sleep. I ordered my food right, so deliver it right. If you make a mistake, then refund me what I was charged for and didn?t get. Besides that?. Their pink sauce was always homemade, NOT ANYMORE. There red was always very good, now it?s Ragu. Even the quality of their sausage and chicken are not as good. And correct me if I?m wrong, but I?m fairly certain it is being operated by a new owner and that person doesn?t know how to run a pizza place. And yet, I have only given less than a $5 tip if I ordered $15 or less. And still, no consideration for their steady customers. You lost this house. HELLO AJ?S!!!!!

Order from here almost all the time when I want to get pizza. Food is always good and on point. The service is also pretty quick and the work environment is very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I also recommend you try they?re chicken parm sandwich with vodka sauce. Definitely the best thing on they?re menu

My fiance and I have been ordering from here for 3 years when I first moved into the area and he would visit. The food was always delicious, the service quick and always really friendly. Even if they forgot something, or something came not to our liking, they would immediately fix it. But this almost never happened. Now-a-days, we order from there 1-2 times a week. Especially during the pandemic, trying to help small businesses. But within the last 2 months (September, October 2021) this place has gone SO downhill so fast. I kept seeing posts on Facebook about it and complaints in general but never paid any mind until now. The pizza is constantly cold. We kept chalking it up to them being really busy but even when we could say something, it would never be fixed. Most often then not, the cheese comes halfway off the pizza. Garlic knots, old and cold and hardly able to be bitten through. Yesterday, we ordered garlic bread for us and some friends along with a pizza and fries. We ASKED for the marinara. Not only did it not come, but when my fiance called a young woman argued with him that it doesn 't come with it , he replied that 's why he specifically asked (again, been ordering for 3 years from this pizzaria) she goes well we didn 't charge you for it? annoyed that we even called. I was so beyond irritated. After years of being loyal even when they clearly were having trouble this is the way we 've been treated. I 'm a small business myself, and post-pandemic or not, I would never treat a loyal customer like this. A simple oh, I 'm sorry, we 'll bring it now or I 'm sorry, we were really busy tonight. Is it urgent? even would have been better! We are totally understandable people. We 're also not sticklers- hell if it 's edible we 're fine. But after last night 's tone with the front counter girl. We 're done. There are so many local pizza shops in the area that are just as good. If you 're looking for pizza without attitude, seriously- go elsewhere.
