Hungry Jack's - Busselton

I was excited to visit Hungry Jacks in Busselton since there isn't one in my hometown. However, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. We had to wait in the waiting area for a long time, but there was no space available due to the large number of people waiting. Frustrated, I went inside to request a refund. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to care or listen to my concerns. It was evident that they were unhappy in their roles and were quite rude. It was surprising to see that there was no manager or supervisor present on that day. The overall service was appalling. If the restaurant cannot handle the demand, they should not open at all.

I regret giving this restaurant another chance. Despite living in Busso for 10 years, I should have known better. The food was awful - the chips tasted and looked stale, the burger was overloaded with onions, and the wrapping was poorly done. The young workers seemed demoralized, and the older woman shouting through the drive-thru could use some lessons in customer service. Compared to the nearby McDonald's, this place falls short. I have had better experiences at other Hungry Jack's locations, but the one in Busso is disgraceful. I will not be returning after multiple disappointments.

I was really disappointed with the burgers and cold chips at this restaurant. I would not recommend the food, but the staff were polite.

Was the worst hjs I have ever had,chips were old and cold,burger was tasteless,never again. They need to take pride and sell food that is edible.

Stopped for a quick lunch hard to hear the server, food ok and restaurant reasonably clean. Need to get some sweet and sour sauce.
