I would like to thank the dedicated staff on ward G9 on Mum's recent stay. Sadly Mum passed away but the care Mum received was excellent. Also when contacting the hospital to enquire Mum's health they were very informative people i spoke to and made this difficult time more understanding to the family.
I was discharged yesterday from the gynea ward f14. I cannot thank the staff enough. Hcas, nurses, doctors, consultants, housekeeping and catering, clerks, everyone was so lovely and made me feel reassured and safe. What an amazing team. For my first stay and first ever time In hospital I couldn't have wanted for anything, I was so anxious but all staff made me feel reassured and not like I was being a pain or drama queen credit to you all. Thank you xxx
My father was taken very ill into hospital with Pneumonia which did not respond to any antibiotics he ended up with sepsis and with other complications and sadly passed away . Throughout his time spent on G9 all the staff were attentive, professional, human, and explained everything throughout my father's treatment they were supportive and empathetic and both my family and I felt so reassured that my father was in the best care he could possibly have during his stay. The Russian consultant (sorry forgot your name) was so kind and compassionate along side the lovely junior Dr (apologies again with the pink hijab possibly called Aya Sattoufmb) were so kind and the health care assistants were brilliant too. I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for my father Brian who passed away 6th July. Amanda Pauline Family
I have nothing but love for the kind staff at this hospital. After being knocked off my push bike a few months ago I went for xrays which showed an 'unstable fracture ' and they advised me I would require surgery to get it fixed. I was afraid about 'going under ' something I had never done before, but I soon realised I was in good hands and could trust them. I 'm so grateful for their help, they really looked after me. It was quite emotional when the cast came off, and I am able to walk ok now, and most importantly ride my bike again. More high viz from now on I think!
